Job Summary
In this role, you will work closely with healthcare providers and technical teams to improve clinical workflows and support electronic health record (EHR) systems. You’ll train staff, troubleshoot problems, and ensure systems run smoothly so providers can focus on patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Improve Clinical Workflows
- Review existing processes used by doctors and nurses
- Recommend changes to make care delivery easier and more effective
- Work with staff to implement and test workflow updates
Support Health Records and Tools
- Build and update electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Ensure clinical tools are user-friendly and functioning properly
- Fix system errors and work on system upgrades
Collaborate with Healthcare Teams
- Communicate with medical and IT staff to understand needs
- Share feedback and ideas to improve clinical support
- Help implement updates based on team suggestions
Provide Training and Support
- Teach healthcare workers how to use digital tools
- Offer support through training sessions and user guides
- Answer questions and ensure users are comfortable with the system
Maintain Data Accuracy
- Review and validate patient data for accuracy
- Work with teams to keep medical records updated
- Assist with generating reports to monitor system performance

This position is based in Houston, Texas, serving the communities of Harris County. Some remote work may be possible, but in-person work is required for most tasks.
