About the Role
As a Supervising Nurse, you will oversee nursing operations and ensure patients receive safe, effective care. You’ll guide a team of nurses, collaborate with physicians, and improve service delivery in a supportive healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Supervise and support nursing staff
- Coordinate daily clinical activities
- Mentor and train new nurses
Patient Care Oversight
- Monitor and evaluate patient care practices
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards and protocols
- Assist with care planning in collaboration with doctors and staff
Operations and Quality
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Improve processes to enhance patient outcomes
- Respond effectively in emergency situations
Community Engagement
- Support public health programs
- Promote health education in local communities
Required Qualifications
- California Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
